At Sigra Studio, we produce all pieces in strictly limited quantities. Due to the exclusive nature of our drops, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for sizing issues, changes of mind, or buyer's remorse. All sales are final once your checkout is completed.
Defective or Faulty Products
We take pride in the quality of our apparel. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or otherwise faulty due to an error on our part, we will gladly offer a replacement.
To request a replacement for a defective item, please contact us within [Insert Number] days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and clear photographs showing the issue.
Conditions for Replacements

The defect must be a manufacturing error or damage incurred before delivery.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags attached.

We do not provide replacements for damage caused by improper care, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage by the customer.
If your replacement request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the faulty item and receive your replacement. Because our collections are produced in strict quantities, if a direct replacement for your specific garment is no longer available, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
